When you place an order on nirvan8.com, a legally binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
3. Prices & Payment
- All product prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are currently shipped only within the EU, from our facility in France.
- Standard delivery time is between 3–7 business days.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items—no reason required.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@nirvan8.com.
We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Important: Do not send returns to our company registration address.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned product in original, unused condition.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variation in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or natural materials.
8. Liability
GBM EU B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.
